Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or has been damaged in transit so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Due to the nature of our Wall Art Prints, some slight indentations may occur at the edges of the paper which is hard to avoid. This should be hidden once framed which we would recommend our customers to do as soon as possible once the prints are unpacked in order to protect them.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned as they are made to order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once you refund has been approved and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
